Code Of Ethics
I, as a member company of Ethical Pro, understand that my professional and personal actions affect not only my business and employees, but also my clients, competitors, community, trade industry and Ethical Pro. I commit myself to performing with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and responsibility.
I, as a member in good standing, pledge to observe and uphold the high ethical, moral and professional standards set forth by Ethical Pro as stated in the Ethical Code of Conduct.
CODE OF ETHICS
I promise to complete all projects with the highest quality of work and care, and to the utmost satisfaction to the customer.
I promise to work with a high level of consideration to the industry’s standard safety practices, and with a high level of environmental consciousness.
I promise to use only those products, materials, equipment and techniques that I, in good faith, know to meet the highest standard of quality, safety and reliability, and provide a good value to my customers.
I promise to conduct myself with the utmost professionalism at all times, presenting a professional attitude and behavior to the customer.
I promise to treat each customer’s property with the highest level of respect and care. I will maintain a clean and safe work environment, and will leave each job site as neatly as I found it.
I promise to make myself available to my customers so I may answer any questions or resolve any issues that might arise during the project. I will acknowledge and respond to any communication from the customer in a timely manner.
I promise to attain and maintain any and all insurance, licensing and/or registration required by the local, state and federal authorities.
I promise to obtain any and all permits required for the job, and will comply with all rules and regulations set forth by government and law agencies to protect the health, safety and well-being of my customers.
I promise to write all contracts so they clearly and accurately describe the project, what it entails and the agreement between myself and the customer.
I promise to complete all projects within a timely manner, allowing only for unforeseen circumstances, severe weather or acts of God. I will discuss any delays or changes in schedule with my customer.
I promise to stand behind and guarantee all of my work, and I will honor any and all warranty agreements I have made with the customer.
I promise to use only honest and accurate advertising and sales promotions. I will never misrepresent the services I offer, nor will I try to deceive the customer with “bait and switch” practices or “add-ons” after a job has been quoted.
I promise that all employees are licensed (if required) and properly trained to perform work.
I promoise to adhere to fair labor practices and promote continued education with all employees through the respective trade organization(s).
I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all terms listed in the Code of Ethics. By signing, I agree that if found by Ethical Pro to have knowingly violation this Code of Ethics, I ris ostracism from Ethical Pro. Any unresolved complaints regarding my company that are not resolved according to the standards set forth in the Code of Ethics will be posted to the site as a consumer resource.
